• Any Terms and Conditions updated from time to time will be notified to the related PDOs or to the related entities,  who have joined True Wifi for the PM WANI scheme and we request all to keep in touch with us to get all the updates related to the same. The last T&C update is on 01/02/2025.

•  Actual revenue generated to a PDO is completely based on the number of people who come to recharge at that PDO location and use the internet and it may vary on a monthly basis.

• Revenue share between PDO and PDOA is in the percentage ratio of the total revenue generated from that PDO(Public Data Office).

• All the PDOs who join True wifi networks private limited for PM WANI business can start with an initial investment(cost of access point), and they(PDOs) don't need to pay any kind of monthly maintenance charges(charges for storing of users information which is stored for 1-2 years) till the company informs you. i.e. Zero maintenance fee till the company informs you.

• After informing  you monthly maintenance charges will be applicable as informed. please contact us for more details related to the same.

• For any problems relating to connectivity or setting up the Access Point, you can contact us.

• Facing issues related to any kind of manufacturing defects of the access point you will need to contact the manufacturer as you will be getting a warranty period of one year for all the access points and you will need to provide the invoice for the same.

•  TRUE WIFI NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, will never call and ask you for any kind of OTP, so do not share any kind of OTP with anyone whatsoever.

• TRUE WIFI NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, will not be responsible for your payment to an unknown bank account, so please carry out your payments only to the company's account.

Application Terms and Conditions

1. The Application provider is defined as an entity that is responsible for offering services to the user using this application.

2. The Application is developed by M/s Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) with a Registered office in Delhi, India (www.cdot.in<http://www.cdot.in>) defined as a Developing agency.

3. The developing agency has white-labeled the application for the Application providers.

4. The Application provider is responsible for the service delivery to the user along with providing customer care services.

5. Applications with similar screens and functionality may exist due to the developing agency's white-labeled provision of the Application.

6. The Application includes Developing [UTF-8?]agency’s Official Logo in the application along with the Application Provider Logos.

7. The Application requires the following permissions for the functioning of the

application

a. SMS reading with user consent

b. Geo Location for Wi-Fi scanning functionality and MAP services

c. Camera for QR Code read 

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we (True Wi-fi, TRUE WIFI NETWORKS PRIVATE  LIMITED) hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Wi-Fi on your internet browser only to shop for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

 After becoming part of True Wifi as a Referral Partner, Then training is compulsory to attend as informed by us. And it's compulsory to respond to our emails, what's app messages, and phone calls for the development of our businesses.
